Let the miracle of a man who came up the mountain and recovered in 20 days be an inspiration to us all. \u201c<\/span><\/p>\n

In November, Shifu\u2019s old friend, Mr. Jiang, came to Bai Ma Shan looking for Shifu\u2019s medical help. He had been forced to retire because western medicine had no way to heal him nor to keep his health in check. He\u2019d been having high blood sugar (diabetes) for over 20 years, high blood pressure and high blood cholesterol for just short of 5 years. In addition to these \u201c3 highs\u201d, he was also suffering from regular pains in his legs, foot numbness, blurred vision and frequent muscle cramps. It was very difficult for him to walk 200 meters. He took 9 types of medicine on a daily basis, which accounted for a total of 17 tablets and insulin injections as prescribed by the western doctor to \u201ccontrol the 3 highs\u201d, not to count another handful of over-the-counter supplements. Even with all these medicines he was taking, his blood pressure was still high and there was no sign of improvement in his health conditions.<\/p>\n

On November 1st<\/sup>\u00a0lunchtime, with the help of another person, he arrived at the Five Immortals Temple. He brought with him a big bag of medicine. Shifu checked his body\u2019s condition and was extremely shocked. He told him that, first, he would need to rest for three days, when he would begin to regulate and after that, he would need listen to Shifu\u2019s plan. He said that if he didn\u2019t listen, nobody could save him. \u201cThe company position, your money, the cars, the stocks, and houses, what meaning do they have for your life now? The help I will give you is only small, external. You need to change your thinking and this will open up your body\u2019s internal ability to heal itself, as originally we were all angels. It\u2019s just that we forgot this enormous internal power to do this. And then you will get back your health and your life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Following Shifu’s guidance and instructions, he went on to seriously apply himself on his own healing. Noticing daily improvements in his body, in just about 23 days, he rid himself of all these problems. His body had power again, his eyes\u2019 vision became clear and there was no more need for daily pills; all medicines were completely removed. The blood pressure and blood sugar, which were measured daily, went down to normal. Mr. Jiang was surprisingly pleased. He said he didn’t expect this could be done within such a short period of time\u2014to become a healthy person again! According to his western doctor, even taking the medication everyday, for him to control his disease from getting worse would already be considered a miracle, to heal would be just impossible.<\/p>\n

So how did Shifu plan his regulation? During his stay, he was to get up early in the morning to practice\u00a0Tai Chi\u00a0and longevity qigong\u00a0along with everybody else; everyday his job was to walk from Tai Shan Miao\u2014the lower temple\u2014to Zu Shi Dian\u2014the top temple\u2014and light incense; he was to go dig and pick his own medicine so he could drink it and soak his feet in it at nighttime; he was to only eat Bai Ma Shan\u2019s (name of our mountain) vegetarian food; to listen to the Scriptures; and to listen to the healing music that Shifu gave him before going to bed. It was that simple, nothing special.<\/p>\n

We asked Shifu\u00a0how come\u00a0he had such a good result. Shifu said, \u201cFirst of all, he believed in me and seriously followed the plan.\u201d Then, laughing, continued, \u201cWestern medicine had no way, so he had to listen to me.\u201d \u201cSecond, he came out from his old environment, in society one is constantly seeking money and reputation. Third, he came out of his family environment and came into this special energy the temple offers. Coming here, he was drinking mountain spring water and had a change in his diet. Five, he had a suitable amount of movement and training, sweating, which was changing his body\u2019s energy and removing toxins. Six, he used freshly picked herbs full of life for treating himself. Seven, through the first three days of regulating his body, there was a big transformation that occurred in him, which inspired a very strong faith, which changed his thoughts. Eight, he listened to the Scriptures and lit incense every day, repented with honesty and received help from higher dimensions to remove his lower frequency energies. Nine, he understood the theories of Heaven, Earth and Man, and from discussions, his love, compassion, and heart of service opened up.\u201d<\/p>\n

We asked Shifu if after he went home, back to his old environment, his problem would come back or not. Shifu replied \u201cI don\u2019t know how he will proceed with his life, dealing with his own affairs. There is no disease that cannot be cured, only people who cannot be healed.\u201d<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t know how other people see it, but I know that, myself, I will ponder about this deeply… We were all witnesses to this process of regulation.<\/p>\n
