As the course is just beginning, students are starting to study the Eight Great Incantations (Ba Da Zhou \u516b\u5927\u5492) and Incense Offering, the early morning Qi Gong and standing pillars practice, and evening sitting meditation. During the first class, Li Shifu introduced everyone to the Gong of Nourishing Stillness (Jing Yang Gong \u9759\u517b\u529f), as the most foundational practice to accumulate energy and protect oneself, shared guidance for sitting meditation, and answered countless questions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Starting tonight, at 9pm (Chinese time), and for 10 days, collective sitting meditation will unify everyone in the Five Immortals Altar and in Guan Yin Altar, for one hour. Our students and friends worldwide who wish to partake in this collective meditation can practice at home at the same time (please calculate the time difference between China and your country). Unifying with the field may increase one\u2019s energy field.<\/strong><\/p>\n
