Hand-Formen, Hand-Bewegungstechniken, Schrittmuster, Schrittmethoden, K\u00f6rperbewegungsformen, K\u00f6rperbewegungsmethoden, Spr\u00fcnge, Balance, Sturz- &amp; Abroll-Praktiken. Um Ausdauer, Beweglichkeit, Hand- &amp; Fu\u00df-Koordination &amp; Balance zu entwickeln, ist es Bedingung, jeden Morgen den Berg hinauf &amp; hinunter zu rennen.
